  • Pre-K is a ½ day program from 8:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. Limited spaces available for split week enrollment.
  • All monthly payments are processed through FACTS on an automatic payment system.  If payment is made for a full year or semester, fees will be due on July 1st along with the tuition payment.

 

 
ANNUAL FEES

 ONE TIME FEES
 Reenrollment  $100 per student  New Student Testing   $25

 Reenrollment paperwork must be received by 3/01/2012.
 New Enrollment  $200 per student  Campus Fund (per family)  $400

 Non-refundable, must be paid with application.
  • All testing and registration fees are due upon enrollment and are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Material Fees:

  Instructional materials and academic support.
 Campus Fund (per family):
  All new families will be charged a one-time fee to help defray capital improvement costs.
 Eagles Nest:


  Extended day programs and services. Program available at an additional cost. 

  • There may be other incidental costs such as school pictures, lunches, seasonal items, sports uniforms, etc. that are not covered by the above listed fees.

 

 TUITION DISCOUNTS/CREDITS  (see student handbook for complete policies)
 Full Year Payment Discount:

  A 5% tuition discount is available for accounts paid in full on or before July 1st.  Discount not available for credit card payments.
 New Student Referral Program:
  $200 tuition credit for each new student that is referred by you and enrolls at CFS.
 Grandparent Tuition Credit:
  Grandparents paying for their grandchildren’s tuition will receive a credit of $500 per year. **

 ** One discount/credit per family in addition to the full year payment discount if applicable.













WITHDRAWAL: For students withdrawing after August 1st a withdrawal fee of 10% of the annual contract will be charged. For students withdrawing after the first day of school tuition will be pro-rated and 10% of the annual contract will be charged.  Any eligible refund is first subject to deduction of outstanding balances. Report card(s), transcript(s), and diploma(s) are held until ALL financial obligations are paid in full.
