From the adrenaline rush of the game, and the pressure of carrying on our legacy, CFS volleyball has played the game in accordance to our motto: “Every Play, Every Day!”
Our motto was introduced by our head coach, Stephanie Pond, and with assistant coach, Janice Ferre, they have led the team to the discovery of not only skill but also confidence both on and off the court.
The same would have to go for our Junior High girls. Coach Fala Tofaeono and her assistant coach Gradoe Holden show their athletes how giving your all individually for the game brings out the best talent in all of them. Junior High volleyball provides a great foundation of learning how to play the sport with perseverance that will guarantee their success as High school athletes.

- Amanda Tofaeono, 2nd Team All State Setter, WIAA Athlete of the Week and SeaTac League North Division Co-MVP, WIAA State Tournament Sportsmanship Award, Team Co-Captain
- Alisa Tofaeono, 1st Team All League, WIAA Athlete of the Week, WIAA State Tournament Sportsmanship Award, Team Co-Captain
- Makenzie Carroll, 1st Team All League, WIAA Athlete of the Week, Team Co-Captain
- Dena Green, 1st Team All League
- Malia Cabiles, WIAA State Tournament Sportsmaship Award
