History & Future for CFS

Christian Faith School was founded by Pastors Casey and Wendy Treat in 1984 as a ministry of Christian Faith Center.  The church and school thrived and saw many students and families strengthened in their relationship to God.  In 2007 Christian Faith Center and the school moved to Federal Way.  At that time, it was determined that the church and school should become two district ministries.  In 2009,  Christian Faith School became its own non-profit organization, focused on providing an excellent Christian education to the families of Federal Way and the surrounding communities.  Today, the church and school enjoy a blessed relationship of support and ministry.  The school leases space from Christian Faith Center and the ministries encourage their members to support both the church and the school.

Our bright future includes breaking ground in September 2015 on our new Academic & Athletic Center. This addition, located on the same property, will house a tournament ready gymnasium, 16 high-tech classrooms, a student hub, café, art studio, music/band rooms, and science labs.
